2. I’ll send an invoice with Terms of Service included. Your commission will start AFTER the invoice is paid.

3. I will start! And send you updates. You are allowed 2 changes before being charged for additional revisions.
Final Files
4. Once your commission is done it will be emailed to you as a jpg and png. For personal use only. Hope you enjoy!

Process of Ordering a Commercial Project
Start Your Journey
1. Send a detailed email to sabrinamtzart@gmail.com describing what you would like me to create for you. Subject matter, deadline, poses, etc. Sending reference images help as well.

2. I will review all of your provided information and get back to you through email. Give me as much information as possible so that we don’t get bogged down with emails. Thanks!
Legal Stuff
3. Once I have agreed to your project, we will confirm price, go over any questions that either of us have, and define the contract. It’s there to protect you and me.

4. I will send an email with the contract for your signature as well as an invoice for the first half of the payment. After the contract is signed and the payment is made I will start!
Time to Sketch
5. I will send some sketches. You can send me your notes on the things you like and the things you would like changed. Then I will sketch again using your requested changes! (number of changes defined in contract)
Color Rough
6. With some alterations you will choose the final design from this round. Then it will be used to make a color rough. If another round of full sketches is needed, that will be an extra charge.
Adjustments
7. Once completed I will show you the piece. Here one round of small changes is available so make sure you get them all in here! If another round of adjustments is needed, that will be an extra charge.

8. The piece is finished! I will send you a low-resolution proof. After your approval and the second half of the payment is completed I will send high resolution images and all other requested files.
